All Sales Are Final. While no refunds are permitted, you are welcome to transfer your ticket(s) by simply sharing your QR Code with the new attendee.
Can I use my Festival Pass to bring a friend?
Festival Passes are intended for the buyer to attend more events, at a discount. They cannot be used as a buddy pass - One Festival Pass may be redeemed per event.
Are SFIAF events accessible to patrons with mobility challenges?
Yes, however each venue is different. Please contact us at info@sfiaf.org for accessibility questions in specific venues.
What do you recommend for transportation and parking?
The Mission District is overall, a lively area with limited street parking, metered parking and paid lots. Each Festival venue is within 1 to 15 minutes of walking distance from public transportation. We encourage you to take advantage of public transportation via MUNI and BART.
I’m traveling from out of town, do you have any hotel recommendations?
